3.2 Dispatch Time:
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

3.4 Delayed Items:
If any item is delayed due to stock or supply issues, we’ll send the available items first and dispatch the remaining ones once ready.
